, Chubb Group of Insurance Cos., Warren, N.J., has rolled out a new version of its hurricane evacuation insurance. Introduced during the 1999 hurricane season, this updated version allows policyholders more coverage choices. The program protects businesses when they are forced to close due to the threat of a hurricane.

Generally, companies can't collect on their business-income insurance policy when they are forced to evacuate for a storm that threatens but never hits.
