 New Enterprise Company, and Lexis-Nexis(R), a unit of Reed Elsevier Inc., today announced an agreement under which Chrystal Software will provide an Astoria(R) content management system for selected Lexis-Nexis legal content.

Under the terms of the agreement, Lexis-Nexis will manage eXtensible Markup Language See XML.
