Chronimed Selected To Continue Fuzeon Distribution; Distribution Network Expanded to Include Several Distributors.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 2004

Chronimed Inc. (Nasdaq:CHMD) announced today that it has extended its Fuzeon(TM) distribution contract with Roche and Trimeris. Although Fuzeon is now available through retail and specialty pharmacy, Chronimed will continue to be a distributor for Fuzeon and the exclusive distributor for Fuzeon patients receiving their medications through Roche's Patient Assistance Program.
