Chronimed Inc. Names Brian Reagan Vice President Corporate Development.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 24, 2002

Chronimed Inc., (Nasdaq:CHMD CHMD Change Mode Command ), today announced that Brian Reagan will join the Company as vice president of corporate development. He will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of business strategies, coordinating and expediting the Company's growth program through merger and acquisition activities, and formulating strategic business alliances. Mr. Reagan will be an officer of the Company and report to Henry Blissenbach, chairman and chief executive officer of Chronimed.
