Christopher W. Ferguson Joins EPIEN Medical as CFO.


MINNETONKA, Minn. -- EPIEN Medical, Inc., ("EPIEN") announced that it has named Chris Ferguson as the Company's Chief Financial Officer reporting to Reginald Dupre, Chairman and President. Mr. Ferguson will lead EPIEN's strategic planning, accounting and financing activities.

Mr. Ferguson brings more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance, banking and investment banking to EPIEN. His experience includes roles as Director of Finance, Treasury and Sales Operations at ADC (1) See A/D converter.
