 has joined the Kelty for Mayor 2007 campaign staff as press secretary and key political strategist. Mann's experience includes service to former Congressman John Hostettler John Nathan Hostettler (born June 19 1961), American politician, is a former Republican member of the United States House of Representatives. He served from 1995 to 2007 representing the 8th District of Indiana (map) in the southwestern part of the state.  (IN-8), the Hudson Institute, Indiana Right to Life, WORLD Magazine and a number of state and local-level campaigns.

In 2002, 86% of state representatives and senators who were endorsed by Indiana Right to Life won their elections. Mann has also served as a freelance writer and his work has appeared in the Indianapolis Star, American Outlook magazine (formerly of the Hudson Institute), and WORLD Magazine (a Christian news-weekly).

Chris, his wife Ruth, and their five children are relocating from Indianapolis to Fort Wayne where Chris has accepted a position at Floyd and Partners, a local Fort Wayne advertising firm representing the Kelty for Mayor 2007 campaign.

Matt Kelty, 42, is the Conservative Republican candidate running for Fort Wayne Mayor in 2007, and the President of Kelty Tappy Design, Inc., a commercial architectural and urban design firm located in downtown Fort Wayne in the Lincoln Tower.
