Chris spent a decade as a lawyer in private practice, most recently as a Partner with Cooley Godward LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol where Hot Topic was his client. He has deep experience in a broad range of corporate, securities, finance and commercial matters, and has provided general corporate representation to a diverse group of public and private companies in many industries. He represented Hot Topic both pre and post its initial public offering in 1996.
