Essentially, we commercialize the prevention market by bringing hospitals and physicians into this large opportunity for preventive business, create new revenues for our partners, provide solutions to consumers do so in a way that rewards our shareholders -- adding value to the company."

Regarding the company's agenda Mr. Fey stated, "We have started our entry into certain markets through a Request for Partnership Proposal program -- in which we blanket within a metropolitan region the hospitals that meet our criteria and want an exclusive relationship within that market. That creates awareness and allows our resources to be allocated efficiently. That process puts us in front of billion dollar health organizations that understand their own markets and the value that U.S. Preventive represents to them and to their customers."
