Christopher Clark Named Director of Meetings and Conventions for Hilton Long Beach & Executive Meeting Center.LONG BEACH, Calif. -- Christopher M. Clark has been named director of meetings and conventions at the 393-room Hilton Long Beach Hotel & Executive Meeting Center, the newest IACC-approved conference center to open on the West Coast. In this role, Clark will oversee a four-person convention services team, which will coordinate every aspect of contracted meetings and conventions at the hotel. He will also be responsible for meeting revenue goals and ensuring the ultimate satisfaction of meeting planners. This new position marks a return to the Hilton Long Beach for Clark, who most recently served as assistant director of meetings and conventions for the Hilton Costa Mesa Costa Mesa (kŏs`tə mā`sə), city (1990 pop. 96,357), Orange co., S Calif., on the Pacific south of Santa Ana; inc. 1953.
