The ceremony was at four o'clock in the afternoon with Father Joe Tonos of St. John's Catholic Church in Oxford officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mr. Charles David Christopher of Tupelo and Mrs. Jokay Mullins Christopher of Clinton. She is the granddaughter of Mr. Bobby Gene Mullins of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; Mr. and Mrs. Charles William Christopher of Elkmont, Alabama; and the late Mrs. Bobby Gene Mullins. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Joseph Gusmus Jr. of Memphis, Tennessee. He is the grandson of Mrs. James Ashford Wallace, Mrs. Frank Joseph Gusmus Sr., the late Dr. James Ashford Wallace, and the late Mr. Frank Joseph Gusmus Sr., all of Memphis.
