Christmas Day teen.


A teenager who has not been seen since Christmas Day has sparked a city-wide police search.

Alun Northcott, 15, was last seen leaving a house in St Mellons St Mellons (Welsh: Llaneirwg) is a district of the city of Cardiff, Wales. It is often considered to be one of the most respected villages in Cardiff, voted 2nd in the South Wales Echo top 20 towns in Wales. , Cardiff, just before 1.30pm on Christmas Day but police believe he may be either in Ely or the city centre, where he is known to have friends.

Officers have increased their search as the youngster has been missing for more than three days.

They say they are concerned because he is so young.

A police spokesman urged anyone who knew of Alun's whereabouts to contact them immediately.

He said: "We are treating this seriously because Alun has been away for a few days.

"He is considered vulnerable because of his age and we are appealing for any information in order to trace him."

The youngster is described as 5ft 9in, of white complexion complexion /com·plex·ion/ (kom-plek´shun) the color and appearance of the skin of the face.
