Whitman will speak about energy and environmental policy, climate change and related issues. Her speech is part of a three-day conference attended by more than 400 district energy leaders and technical experts from 10 countries.

Tuesday, June 28, 2005. Luncheon begins at noon. Gov. Whitman will speak from approximately 12:45 to 1:30. She will hold a book signing from 1:30 to 2 p.m. at the hotel.
