Branson, M.D., 62, of Worcester, died Monday, December 3rd in Holy Trinity Eastern Orthodox Nursing & Rehabilitation rehabilitation: see physical therapy. Center. She leaves a brother, Michael H. Branson and his wife Donna of Stillwater, OK; a cousin, Timothy Herbst of Worcester; a close friend Sondra Padow of Worcester; nephews and nieces. A brother, William H. Branson predeceased her. She was born in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Francis N. and Frances (Hoban) Branson. Dr. Branson graduated from Rosary rosary [rose garden], prayer of Roman Catholics, in which beads are used as counters. The term, applied also to the beads, is extended to Muslim, Hindu, and Buddhist prayers that use beads. College, received her masters degree from Boston College Boston College, main campus at Chestnut Hill, Mass.; coeducational; Jesuit; est. and opened 1863. Actually a university, the school's Chestnut Hill campus comprises colleges of arts and sciences and business administration, the graduate school, and schools of nursing and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Northwestern University Northwestern University, mainly at Evanston, Ill.; coeducational; chartered 1851, opened 1855 by Methodists. In 1873 it absorbed Evanston College for Ladies. . She was the Director of the cumadin clinic and the Chief of employee health at Lakeside Veterans Hospital in Chicago, retiring in 2003. The funeral is Thursday, December 6th, from OCONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, with a Mass at 10:00 A.M. in St. Pauls Cathedral, 15 Chatham Street. A calling hour is from 8:30 until 9:30 A.M. the morning of the funeral in the funeral home.
