In her new role Khayat will work closely with William Lawrie, Head of Sales for International Modern & Contemporary Art, and will further strengthen the dynamic Christie's team based full-time in the Middle East Khayat has a BA in Fine Arts & Visual Communications from the University of Damascus The University of Damascus consists of several faculties and the Higher Institute of Administrative Development. Also affiliated with the university are seven intermediate institutes and a School of Nursing. , Syria and an MA in Design Studies from Central St Martin's College
