The acquisition will increase Christian Dalloz's sales by $21 million annually and its manufacturing facilities to a total of 13 worldwide. The addition of Pulsafe Safety Products Ltd. is consistent with the Christian Dalloz Group's growth strategy and will serve to strengthen its eye protection market share in Europe Europe (y r`əp), 6th largest continent, c.4,000,000 sq mi (10,360,000 sq km) including adjacent islands (1992 est. pop. 512,000,000). as well as increase
