Chris Morris Appointed Executive Vice President.


IRVING, Texas -- Chris Morris has been named Executive Vice President for CEC Entertainment (NYSE NYSE

See: New York Stock Exchange
:CEC). He continues his role as Chief Financial Officer of the company. The promotion was announced last week by Mike Magusiak, President, CEC Entertainment.

Mr. Morris has been with the company since January 2004 and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer before the promotion.

Mr. Magusiak said, "Chris is an extremely smart, hard working and focused individual with outstanding business, financial and leadership skills. We are very fortunate to have him on our executive management team."

Mr. Morris has 10 years' experience in the restaurant industry, having previously worked for NPC International, Inc. (the largest Pizza Hut franchisee) and Applebee's International Inc. A certified public accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

An accountant who has met certain standards, including experience, age, and licensing, and passed exams in a particular state.
, Morris started his career in public accounting with Deloitte Touche.

Morris lives in Southlake, Texas, with his wife, Connie and their three children.
