Chris McCarthy and Mike Dillon Mike Dillon may refer to:

"I am very proud to say that I made a big difference in a very large school system and a lot of students' lives," he says. Now McCarthy and Dillon travel to schools throughout the state to persuade more school officials to ban homophobic ho·mo·pho·bi·a
