The announcement was made today by RASCO President and COO David Kline. RASCO is a division of Cablevision Systems Corporation's Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc. Kager joins, RASCO from Columbia TriStar Television Columbia TriStar Television, Inc. was the third name of the television studio Screen Gems, adopted with the Columbia-TriStar merger of 1991 and last used in 2002.
