Sepro, the Dublin headquartered specialist in rating and billing solutions for the global telecoms and e-commerce industries, today announced the appointment of Dr. Chris Horn Chris Horn (born July 13 1977 in Notus, Idaho) is an American football wide receiver in the National Football League for the Carolina Panthers. He was originally signed as a free agent in 2003 by the Kansas City Chiefs.  to the board of the company as a non executive director.

Horn is co founder and chairman of IONA.
