Chordiant Software, a leading provider of applications unifying web & call centers, has teamed up with a leading European IT services company CMG to deliver personalized one-to-one customer service, in response to the increasingly sophisticated demands of consumers in the financial services sector.

The first European-led systems integration partnership for Chordiant Software, the alliance extends the company's rapid penetration into Northern Europe.

The partnership makes CMG a preferred integration partner for the implementation of Chordiant Customer Communications Solution (CCS), a unique application that gives businesses the ability to provide personalized customer services for millions of customers via any customer touch point, including the Web, email, fax and telephone.
