Chopper row chef is caged.Byline: By RON MOORE A CRAZED Chinese cook who challenged his boss to fight a duel duel, prearranged armed fight with deadly weapons, usually swords or pistols, between two persons concerned with a point of honor. The duel may have originated in the wager of battle, an early mode of trial in which an accused person fought with his accuser under with huge meat cleavers was jailed yesterday. Xian Ming Wang grabbed the lethal weapons after rowing with takeaway owner Tat Chung Cheung, 43. Wang, 37, placed one on the counter of the busy takeaway and screamed in Chinese: "One for me and one for you. I have already chopped up a man - and I will do the same to you!"
