Worthy as Vice President, Development & Regulatory Affairs Regulatory Affairs (RA), also called Government Affairs, is a profession within regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, energy, and banking. Regulatory Affairs professionals usually have responsibility for the following general areas:

Dr. Worthy has been Cholestech's Director of Technical Affairs since April, 1998.

Prior to joining Cholestech, Dr. Worthy was Director of Research and Development, Clinical Applications for Microgenics Corporation, a division of Boehringer Mannheim Corporation. Boehringer Mannheim Corporation is currently known as Roche Diagnostics Roche Diagnostics Division is a subsidiary of Hoffmann-La Roche which manufactures equipment and reagents for research and medical diagnostic applications.
