Suzuki Strings and Chamber Players Saturday, Beall Hall More than 100 young string players between the ages of 3 and 17 from the UO's Community Music Institute will give a spring concert titled `Violafest' at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Beall Hall. Admission is free and the public is invited. The musicians are part of the Suzuki Strings and Chamber Players program under the direction of Judy Weigert Bossuat, assisted by a dozen string teachers from the community and the music school's violin/viola pedagogy program. The concert will include selections by J.S. Bach, Georg Telemann, Friedrich Seitz, Francois-Joseph Gossec, plus several folk songs and other special arrangements for young musicians.
