Chockstone Hires Tech Industry Veteran Holly Files as COO.


Former executive for NetIQ, WebTrends, 800.com, brings wealth of expertise to manage company's rapid growth

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Chockstone Inc., provider of the world's most innovative customer loyalty and stored value solutions, announced today that it has hired technology industry veteran Holly Files as its new Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The officer of a firm responsible for day-to-day management, usually the president or an executive vice-president.
 (COO). Files will apply more than 25 years of software industry executive management experience to all operational aspects of Chockstone's business. The company, which recently announced the close of a $14 million B round, currently runs the gift and loyalty programs for numerous restaurant and retail chains including Subway and Ticketmaster.

Prior to joining Chockstone, Files was a principal for Stephens & Associates, an Oregon-based consulting practice that provided strategic guidance to emerging companies and assisted them with operational growth.
