 thereunder. The complaint alleges that Defendants issued a series of materially false and misleading statements about the Company's growth rate and customer demand for iXL's products and services. As a result, iXL's stock price was artificially inflated throughout the Class Period. The complaint further alleges that certain Company insiders capitalized on these artificially high stock prices by selling millions of dollars worth of iXL stock before the truth about the Company's financial condition was revealed.

Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of all those who purchased or otherwise acquired iXL stock during the Class Period. If you purchased iXL common stock during the Class Period, and either lost money on the transaction or still hold the stock, you may join in the action and move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff. Any member of the proposed class who wishes to move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff must do so no later than November 7, 2000.
