KD Decoratives, based at Lockwood, has built a replica of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang for a shopping centre in Surrey. The magnificent motor - based on the one from the famous film of the same name - will be the centrepiece of a summer travel theme at the Bentall Centre in Kingston upon Thames. The car was made mainly from polystyrene, coated and painted by craftsmen at the KD Decoratives' Albert Street factory.
