DENVER -- Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE:CMG) (NYSE:CMG.B), the burrito restaurant known for providing Food With Integrity, today announced that it will host a conference call to discuss fourth quarter and full year 2006 financial results on Thursday, February 15, 2007, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
