ChipData Expands International Presence with Tokyo Office; New Office Initializes Strategic Partnership With BPJ.

ChipData Inc., the Design Chain Management(TM) company, today announced that Tokyo, Japan is the site of its first global expansion office. The new operation will co-locate with central Tokyo consulting firm, Business Partners Japan (BPJ), which will serve as ChipData's Japanese business agent.

ChipData's Japan office will house sales, customer service and technical support for the company's Asia-Pacific customers, with BPJ leading ChipData's business development efforts.

Validation of the standard is expected to ease the task of locating suppliers of components required for a design.

The company now plans to further promote PIP2A9 within the Asian electronic marketplace. Currently, more than 100 Japanese companies, including board members, Asia regional and global Partners belong to the RosettaNet consortium.
