As CTO, Govindaraju is responsible for shaping ChipCenter's technology direction and the development of technology-based solutions that meet customer needs. Govindaraju joins ChipCenter's San Francisco office after serving a successful term at Digital Market, Inc. where he was Director of E-Commerce Technology and Product Development.

Earlier in his career, Govindaraju was a member of Transarc Corporation's technical staff where he focused on developing their flagship transaction processing products. Madhukar also attended the Doctoral program in Computer Engineering at the University of California, Irvine, and holds a M.S. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science.
