Veteran Mortgage Executive to Direct Key Acquisitions & Alliances

DENVER -- Mortgage Cadence, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise lending solutions (ELS) for the financial services industry, is pleased to announce the newest addition to its family, Chip Register, who joins Mortgage Cadence as EVP of Acquisitions & Alliances. Register brings to Mortgage Cadence more than 21 years of experience as a technologist, the last 11 of which have been focused on providing strategic and tactical direction in the area of mortgage banking to the financial services industry.

Joining Mortgage Cadence as EVP Acquisitions & Alliances, Register will report to CEO Mike Detwiler. In this role, he will spearhead aggressive acquisition growth plans and activities. He will also oversee alliances between Mortgage Cadence and its strategic business partners, along with third-party service providers. His knowledge and expertise in the mortgage industry will continue to drive our strategic acquisition plans."

As a mortgage industry expert, Register's key initiatives have included development of a corporate business intelligence platform, implementation of loan management systems, and engineering lender mortgage banking B2B transactional websites. Over the course of managing financial system implementations, strategic partnerships with industry innovators and leading lender-based eMortgage initiatives, Register has developed a critical understanding of the business/technology marriage necessary to ensure both the adoption and implementation of technology to support business objectives.
