"Chip" Hull, Jr. a Corporate Vice President, effective July 27, 1999. Hull is Treasurer of the Company, a position he has held since October 1, 1998. In addition to his responsibilities for treasury and cash management, Hull now has the Company's risk management, pensions and group benefits functions reporting to him. He reports directly to Michael E. Keane, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
