Nygala Corporation will utilize the property as their United States headquarters and warehouse/distribution facility. Amenities include a newly rebuilt warehouse with 30-foot ceilings and 20,000 s/f of office space. Located in the Teterboro Airport industrial submarket of Bergen County, the industrial building totals 617,000 s/f of rentable space, and includes 36 loading docks, two drive-in bays and 80 trailer parking spaces.

"Nygala chose this property due to its location and competitive pricing," stated Waxman. "They are currently operating several warehouses in the area and wanted to consolidate into a larger facility to accommodate their growing business needs."
