Company and will initially operate out of the manufacturing facilities
of this former supplier of car and truck filters for the Chinese market.
It has nearly 300 employees. The partnership reportedly reinforces
international nonwovens producers Freudenberg's and Japan
Vilene's strategy of participating actively in the growing Chinese
automotives market.
The two companies' knowledge and technology will be applied to
the new company's operations.
