''The move reflects the level of exchanges between Oita and Shanghai. We would like to develop sports and cultural exchanges including those linked to the 2002 World Cup finals,'' Oita Gov. China Eastern Airlines eyes launching two weekly round-trip flights between Shanghai and Kagoshima, southwestern Japan, as early as May, the Kagoshima prefectural government said.
