:CBQI) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary ChinaSoft, Inc. has signed an order to evaluate the Voice Over IP Phone Exchange System. This order received from how2buyacar.com will allow how2buyacar.com members to take advantage of up to 70% savings on Long Distance calls placed through the how2buyacar.com website. Currently in development, how2buyacar.com is planning to launch in the next few weeks and will begin testing the CCS (1) (Common Channel Signaling) A communications system in which one channel is used for signaling and different channels are used for voice/data transmission. Signaling System 7 (SS7) is a CCS system, also known as CCS7. See SS7.  IP LINK platform shortly after that.

CCS IP LINK allows users to utilize the Internet to place and receive telephone calls saving well over 70% in long distance charges and expanding the services that telephone companies can provide.
