China World Trade Corporation Well Positioned to Benefit From Increased Traffic at Guangzhou's new Baiyun International Airport.

TIANHE, GUANGZHOU, China -- China World Trade Corporation (OTCBB:CWTD) announced today that a correspondent of Hong Kong's South China Morning Post, Mr. Russell Barling, reported in an article on November 4th that "a record number of business and leisure travelers passed through the new Guangzhou's Baiyun International Airport last month, putting the facility on track to handle more than 20 million passengers this year." Baiyun handled a record 1.92 million passengers in October. Several foreign carriers, including Emirates and Austrian Airlines, continue to show strong interests in starting passenger service to this new airport, which cost an estimated $2.2 Billion. Mr. Barling also interviewed Roland Schuetze, Lufthansa senior vice-president of sales who described Guangzhou's excellent geographic location and Baiyun's superb facilities and systems as a strong growing and dynamic area for business activities.

Recently, the company's majority-owned subsidiary New Generation Group, a leading travel agency in China, entered into a co-operation agreement with the Guangzhou branch of China Southern Airlines Company Limited (NYSE: ZNH), the largest commercial airline in China. Under the agreement, a service center managed by the New Generation Group will be established in the Guangzhou East (Train) Station to assist commuters with check-in and connections for flights of the China Southern Airline in the new Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Increased traffic at the airport should increase demand for services provided by New Generation Group at the Train Station.

Being one of the leading consolidators of hotel accommodations and airline tickets in China, New Generation has already acquired the necessary licenses to operate as a ticketing and travel agent in the PRC. These licenses include 26 licenses as a ticketing agent for international and domestic flights for both cargo and passengers issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China ("CAAC") and the International Air Transport Association ("IATA") and 3 licenses as a domestic and international travel agent issued by the Administrative Bureau of Tourism of China. In addition, New Generation is also an authorized/licensed insurance agent in China to provide, in particular, accidental and life insurances. New Generation also provides premium "red carpet" airport based services to prestigious clients and will participate in the opening of the new airport in Guangzhou, the PRC. New Generation is believed to contribute a superior revenue base to the Company.

The Business Value-Added Services Division concentrates on value-added services of credit cards and merchant related businesses as well as on consultancy services. Guangdong World Trade Link Information Services Limited ("WTC Link"), a subsidiary of CWTC, formed a partnership with the Agricultural Bank of China to manage the Company's co-brand credit card project. WTC Link is an active provider of CRM solution and services in China. It helps China Telecom to develop and manage the merchants' privilege VIP member services. WTC Link also formed a partnership with China Unionpay to develop the royalty systems for bank card holders in Guangdong Province, China. In addition, this Division also provides consultancy services to CWTC's members and clients in the financial services areas including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and financing.
