:CHVC), announced today that it has hired James Rapant as Vice President of Business Development for its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, CVC See CSC.  International, Inc. (CVC). Mr. Rapant will focus on maximizing the profitability of the Company's new Prepaid Calling Card products and broadening the base of Suppliers for its wholesale termination business.
