China Voice Holding Corp. Announces Audit Firm Engagement.

DALLAS -- China Voice Holding Corp. (the "Company") today announced that it has engaged BKR Cornwell Jackson of Plano, Texas to perform audits of all the Company's domestic and international operations beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006.

D. Ronald Allen, the Company's President and CEO, stated, "We are very pleased to announce the engagement of BKR Cornwell Jackson to provide auditing services to the Company. This represents a first step in our plans to become a full-reporting company and to have our common stock traded on Nasdaq or the AMEX exchange. Upon completion of the audits, we will file a Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission later this year."

BKR Cornwell Jackson is headquartered in Plano, Texas and is part of BKR, which is a national and international network of firms. All audits of the Company's operations will be supervised out of the Plano, Texas office.
