China Ventures Inc. Reports No Major Disruption Resulting from SARS Virus.

) today reported that the Company is experiencing no major disruption in its business in China as a result of the SARS viral outbreak.

China Venture's President, Ronald Shon, commented, "It is understandable that there may be some concern surrounding our business in China. I would like to assure shareholders and investment professionals that the effect on our business in China has been minimal. While it is true that all Beijing City schools have been closed for 14 days, the Company does not sell its products in Beijing City. The majority of our sales and current sales activities are in Sichuan, Anhui, Jiangxi and other Provinces which are largely unaffected by SARS. Moreover, while some of our sales people have been unable to travel to various parts of China due to travel restrictions, we have already received confirmation from a number of education commissions that they will be using our textbooks in the coming year. What remains to be done between now and August is to finalize the orders. Instead of travelling to these locations, our people are now finalizing orders via telephone and online. We expect and hope that this situation will clear up shortly and that it will be back to business as usual.

Our business is a very stable business. The requirement for education and for educational products will continue regardless of world events. In the worst case, even if the educational system were to be closed for an extended period, students would still require textbooks for home study. That is why I am confident that our sales will continue to grow even in this time of uncertainty."
