As previously announced, the site received in excess of 205,000 visits by July July: see month.  14, 2004. As at the end of September, the number of visits has increased to in excess of 1,200,000.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it is working with a team designated by the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE Moe

). This team developed a new technical course which the MOE has recently mandated that all senior high school students in China must take by fall 2005. China Ventures Inc. subsidiary, Today's Teachers Technology and Cultural Ltd. (TTTC TTTC Test Technology Technical Committee (IEEE)

) has recently hired the team to work as consultants for the Company. There are currently 32,430,000 senior high school students in China according the MOE. The technical course is intended to prepare students for life in China's new economy and offers content in a wide range of subject areas such as automobile mechanics, home economics, manufacturing, computer technology, home repairs. This course is similar to one which is currently being offered in the Ontario school system.

While the textbooks for the technical course are readily available throughout China, the materials used by teachers to better teach the course and the supplementary materials used by both teachers and students to better understand the course content are currently only available on www.cersp.com.

The plan of the MOE is to test the course content initially in four provinces: Hainan, Shangdong, Guangdong and Ningxia and when the test period is over in 2005 institute the mandatory requirements for all senior high school students in an additional ten provinces, and by 2007, for all provinces in China.

At the present time, only students in Hainan are taking the course. The Company's plan is to work with the education commissions of the other provinces to familiarize them with the services and resources available on www.cersp.com so that they will adopt the platform as a resource to help them deliver the course in their respective school systems.

While the company fully intends to generate revenue from the downloading downloading - download  of materials on the technical course in 2005, a pricing model has not yet been developed. The Company's pricing policy will be developed in consultation with various levels of government.

Ronald Shon, President, said "We believe that the opportunity to deliver material on the new technical course will be a significant one for the Company, as we are currently the only source of important supplementary materials for this mandatory course. We are working with various levels of the education system in China and believe we are satisfying a genuine need. Such a scenario should result in a win-win situation."

Separately, the Company is pleased to announce that similar to last year it has been named by the Vancouver Sun newspaper as one of the 100 fastest growing companies in the province. C.F. Zhou, Chairman, said "We are very proud of this award and with continued hard work and progress in China; we think we will be able to achieve the same success this time next year."
