(4,250,000 options). These common share purchase options vest over a period of three years, with one-third vesting six months after the date of grant, one-third vesting 18 months after the date of grant and the balance vesting 36 months after the date of grant. The 5,750,000 common share purchase options are exercisable in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time after vesting, for a period of five years after the date of grant, at a price of $0.21 per common share. China Ventures Inc. also announced today that it has amended the option price of 3,250,000 outstanding common share purchase options.
