In October of 2001 CVI launched a new training program for junior bankers and university graduates at its computer equipped training facilities in Beijing. The program, which has been endorsed by China's Ministry of Personnel, utilizes computer simulations that mimic the management of a commercial bank providing students with an understanding of the factors that both drive and constrain a bank's operation.
