China Unicom's Deputy Director General of Data Communications to Give Keynote Address at China Telecom 2000 Conference, Nov. 2-3, 1999 in San Francisco.

The Deputy Director General of Data Communications Department of China Unicom, Mr. Li Xiaoming, will deliver a keynote address at the China Telecom 2000 conference organized by Information Gatekeepers. The conference will be held at the Hyatt at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco from November 2-3, 1999. The aim of the conference is to provide an opportunity for foreign telecom and Internet companies to learn about the fastest-growing dynamic Chinese Internet and telecom markets and to explore business opportunities.
