China Supply Chain Council Awards Manhattan Associates 2006 Supply Chain Leadership Award.

Recognized as Best IT Supply Chain Solution in China

SHANGHAI, China & ATLANTA -- Leading supply chain solutions provider, Manhattan Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH), announces that it was named the winner of the China Supply Chain Council's 2006 Supply Chain & Logistics award. The award, presented during the CHaINA Summit + Expo in Shanghai, recognizes supply chain management best practices and supply chain excellence being achieved in Mainland China.

Manhattan Associates was selected as winner of the Best IT Supply Chain Solution in China as part of its successful solution implementation with DirectGroup China, a division of the multi-national Bertelsmann media group. The award recognizes Manhattan Associates as the firm who has best shown excellence in developing and delivering supply chain expertise and consulting services in China. This is based on its rapid and successful implementation of its world leading Warehouse Management solution to power the establishment of Bertelsmann's new third party logistics business in China. By utilizing the solution's inventory and productivity management capabilities, DirectGroup China has improved the accuracy and efficiency of its warehouse inventory and operation, lowered cost by reducing on-site operation staff and achieved automatic data transmission through direct connection with its clients' ERP systems.
