ARINC's Asia Pacific Division and China Southern Airlines' world headquarters in Guangzhou jointly made the announcement today.

AviNet Airport is a cost-effective global IP network solution that allows airlines to network their legacy and modern applications on a single fully-managed connection.

The IP technology behind AviNet Airport supports aviation industry connectivity requirements for check-in, ticketing, baggage handling, fueling, gate management, flight information display systems (FIDS), ground-handling operations, and many other applications in the airport environment.
