LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 1999--China Southern Airlines, the largest airline in the People's Republic of China, announced the reintroduction of its Child Adoption Travel Package, offering round-trip, trans-Pacific air transportation between Los Angeles and Guangzhou, China, and three-night accommodations (double occupancy) at the White Swan Hotel (www.white-swan-hotel.com) for $999 per person.

The Child Adoption Travel Package is being offered exclusively by Bellevue, Wash.-based Lotus Travel, 800/956-8873, in cooperation with the White Swan Hotel and China Southern Airlines. The package is valid only for passengers traveling to China for adoption purposes.

Guangzhou is the only city in the People's Republic of China in which adopting American families can obtain a child visa from the U.S. Consulate.
