China Southern's new complementary airport limousine service is available, with a minimum one-day advance reservation, by phoning the Warm Heart 9000 Hotline at 8620-8663-9000.

In addition to the free airport limousine service (available only within Guangzhou City), China Southern's first class service sets the bar very high when it comes to treating each passenger like a member of the family.

China Southern's advanced computerized check-in system allows for convenient flight check-in and same-day boarding pass in Guangzhou City at The White Swan Hotel; Garden Hotel; China Hotel by Marriott; Guangdong International Hotel in Guangzhou; and even hotels in Huadu District, as well as Foshan City, Dongguan City, Jiangmen City, Shunde City, Nanhai City and Zhongshan City.

Upon arrival at Baiyun International Airport, passengers can go directly to a private check-in counter for their boarding pass, cross through a private security channel and be whisked directly into the luxurious Club Lounge.

All unaccompanied minors must be taken to a supervisor counter no less than one hour prior to the flight's departure where he/she will be China Southern Airlines' guest until the designated relative arrives at the final destination.
