The new JAL-China Southern codeshare service will begin on March 30.

) and currently offers daily service between the two cities using Boeing 777 aircraft.

This new code sharing agreement between JAL and China Southern initially covers the summer season -- March 30 through October 25.

From March 30, JAL will take over the codeshare partnership with China Southern from JAS, which will continue to supply the aircraft and crew. This new codeshare agreement comes on the heels of this week's domestic codeshare pact between China Southern Airlines and Shandong Airlines.

China Southern Airlines currently has code share agreements with numerous International carriers, including Delta Air Lines, Garuda Indonesia, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Vietnam Airlines.
