Tensleep.com Inc. (OTCBB:TENS) Thursday announced that it has entered into an agreement with an independent company to gather information on the feasibility of (1) marketing its technology and products in China, (2) establishing one or more joint ventures for the manufacture and sale of its products in China, and/or (3) determine what other opportunities the company may have in China.

"In particular, the company wants to determine if China has a market for its fax modem, fax modem/controller, both fabricated by Samsung Electronics Co., and medium speed modem chips," said Ronald S. Tucker, president and chief executive officer. "We also want to determine the potential for a joint venture to manufacture facsimile machines and/or medium speed modems."

"We are fortunate to retain an international trading and consulting firm to conduct the investigation and gather the information," said Tucker. "The firm was founded in 1984 and has offices in the United States, Taiwan and China and has developed a vast network of business relationships in China and Taiwan.

"A representative of the consulting firm will be going to China within the month, but we expect it will be several months before we have the information we need. At that time we will consider our opportunities, put a cost on them and then determine our next action."

Tensleep is an integrated Internet development stage company divided into the e-Commerce and Internet/technology divisions. The e-Commerce division's focus is on developing a financial services hub and the Internet/technology division's focus is on developing thin Internet servers. Thin Internet servers will be embedded into Internet devices, appliances and other equipment.
