BB:CHPF CHPF Carolina Horse Park Foundation ) was notified by the NASDAQ NASDAQ in full National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations U.S. market for over-the-counter securities. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on that the Company's stock symbol had been inadvertently changed to (OTC BB:CHPFE) during a reprogramming of stock symbols. China Peregrine Food Corp. is a fully reporting company. Its Form 10SB was approved effective January 6, 1999. The Company has filed all financials in a timely manner and will continue to do so. NASDAQ confirmed that the stock symbol should be corrected by noon on Wednesday, Sept. 15, 1999, to reflect the original symbol (CHPF).
